The Environmental Health Engineering and Management Journal (EHEMJ) is fully committed to safeguarding the privacy and protecting the personal data of all authors, reviewers, editorial board members, readers, and website visitors.   • Indexing articles in international citation databases and catalogs (such as DOAJ, Scopus, PubMed, Web of Science).

3. Data Sharing EHEMJ shares your personal information only in the following cases and to the extent necessary:
  • With editorial board members and selected reviewers (anonymized or semi-anonymized, depending on the type of peer-review process) for scientific evaluation of the manuscript.
  • With the journal's publisher (Kerman University of Medical Sciences) for administrative and publication purposes.

  • Data Deletion: If you have not submitted a manuscript or the peer-review process has not been completed, you may request the deletion of your user account and personal information by contacting the editorial office. (Note: After publication of an article, due to the requirements of scholarly record integrity and indexing, removal of authors' names from the published article is not possible and can only be addressed through the "Corrections and Retractions Policy").
